Genvium Product Terms

These Genvium Product Terms ("Terms") govern access to and use of Genvium and related services operated by Auduvant Technologies ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using Genvium, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the platform or related services.

1. About Genvium

Genvium is a software platform designed to help startups discover, organize, and manage funding opportunities, including grants, tax credits, competitions, accelerators, and related funding resources. The platform may include:

Genvium is proprietary software owned by Auduvant Technologies.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, designs, graphics, interfaces, text, databases, workflows, and related materials associated with Genvium are owned by Auduvant Technologies unless otherwise stated. No rights are granted except as expressly provided in these Terms. Third-party trademarks, libraries, and technologies remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Third-Party Services and Links

Genvium may provide links or references to third-party websites, funding providers, application portals, or external resources. We do not control or guarantee:

• Third-party content
• External application outcomes
• Funding approvals
• Accuracy of external services
• Availability of third-party websites

Users interact with external services at their own discretion and risk.

6. Beta Features and Availability

Certain portions of Genvium may be released as beta, preview, experimental, or early-access functionality. These features may:

• Contain bugs or inaccuracies

• Experience interruptions or downtime

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform or services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auduvant Technologies shall not be liable for lost profits, business interruption, funding outcomes, loss of data, indirect or consequential damages, reliance on platform information, or third-party service failures. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Genvium at any time if these Terms are violated, platform misuse occurs, or security or operational concerns arise. We also reserve the right to discontinue or modify services at any time.

12. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in the platform, services, legal obligations, or operational practices. Continued use of Genvium following updates indicates acknowledgment of the revised Terms.
